Winnipeg Transit has up to 51 routes servicing MTS Centre however some routes may not operate at all times or for all events.
These routes go to and from all events at MTS Centre.

Winnipeg Transit will provide extra service on these routes, as required, to accommodate patrons leaving MTS Centre:

- 24 Ness
- 62 Richmond Express - St. Norbert
- 67 Charleswood Express
- 81 Whyte Ridge Express
