Food & Beverage Manager - MTS Iceplex
True North Sports & Entertainment Ltd. Owner/Operator of MTS Centre, MTS Iceplex and The Winnipeg Jets, requires a Food and Beverage Manager for MTS Iceplex, 3969 Portage Ave. Food and beverage operations at MTS Iceplex includes a 400 person restaurant and lounge, significant catering operations and a main floor concession stand.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-10 years experience in food & beverage industry with progressive duties & responsibilities
- Superior leadership & customer service skills
- Ability to work well in front & back of house
